Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, customization preferences, or sizing issues.

Refunds or replacements are only applicable in case of verified manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photo/video evidence. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of receiving the product for claim verification. All claims are subject to review and approval by our quality team.

Warrenty

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Fabric fading, stains, or damage from sunlight, moisture, pets, or improper cleaning
  • Fabric pilling or shape changes due to daily use
  • Damage from misuse, relocation, or third-party repairs

 All claims must be raised within the warranty period, along with proof of purchase and photo/video evidence.
