REFUND POLICY

General Refund Terms

At Birajo, we take pride in offering premium, well-inspected products. As a general policy, we do not offer refunds once a product has been sold or dispatched.

Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases of manufacturing defects or if the item has been damaged in transit and the damage is verified to be on our part.

To qualify, the customer must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide valid photo/video evidence of the issue.

Proof of Delivery

We strongly recommend that customers record an unboxing or receiving video at the time of delivery. This helps verify any claim of damage or defect, and ensures a smoother resolution process.

Claims made without timely communication or proof may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Final Discretion

All refund or replacement decisions are subject to review and approval by Birajo’s quality assurance team. We reserve the right to decline a claim if the damage is found to be due to handling after delivery or installation by a third party.
