We offer delivery across major cities in India. For remote or less-accessible regions, delivery timelines and availability will be confirmed upon order placement.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on product category and availability:

• For in-stock products: Dispatched within 7–10 business days.

• For made-to-order or imported items: Delivery can take up to 60–90 days.

Final timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation. We provide regular updates throughout the shipping process.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated transparently during the order process. For large or bulk orders, shipping and handling will be quoted separately.

Receiving Your Order

We strongly encourage customers to record an unboxing or receiving video at the time of delivery. This acts as proof of condition on arrival and is required for processing any claims related to damage or defects.

Please report any visible damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Our responsibility ends upon successful delivery and handover at your provided location. Birajo is not liable for damage caused during post-delivery handling, shifting, or installation by third parties.
