Orders are considered confirmed only after full or advance payment is received and acknowledged by our team.
Made-to-order and sourced products are non-cancellable once production or procurement has begun.

Birajo reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, unavailability, or suspected misuse.

Delivery timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation. For certain products, delivery may take up to 60–90 days depending on availability.
Delivery is considered complete once the product is handed over at the customer’s specified address.

As per our Refund Policy, returns or refunds are only applicable in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or damages during transit. All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with video/photo proof.

General change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
